Satoru Shiga

Satoru Shiga joined the Board of Directors of TPC Holdings, Inc. in October 2026. He also serves as President and Representative Director of ENEOS Materials Corporation (the operating company of the ENEOS Group's High Performance Materials segment), a position he has held since April 2025.

He has more than 30 years of experience in the energy and petrochemical industries, with extensive expertise in corporate strategy, business development, and technical planning.

He began his career at Nippon Oil Corporation (a predecessor of ENEOS) in 1993. He subsequently held several senior leadership positions within the ENEOS Group, including General Manager of the Technical Planning Department at JXTG Nippon Oil & Energy Corporation and Executive Officer and General Manager of the Corporate Planning Department at ENEOS Holdings, Inc. and ENEOS Corporation. In April 2024, he was appointed Senior Executive Officer of ENEOS Corporation, overseeing corporate planning, strategic investments, carbon neutrality strategy, overseas business development, and biofuels.

He holds a master's degree in chemical engineering from the University of Tokyo.
