Kei Hara

Kei Hara is Executive Vice President of TPC Group. Mr. Hara joined TPC Group in October 2026. He is an industry veteran with nearly 40 years of refining, chemical and energy industry experience. He has held senior leadership positions across manufacturing, engineering, international operations, corporate management and governance.

Prior to joining TPC Group, Mr. Hara served as Corporate Auditor of ENEOS Corporation and ENEOS Xplora Inc. He previously served as Managing Director of ENEOS Europe Limited and as Refinery Manager of ENEOS' Negishi and Wakayama refineries. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions in manufacturing technology, engineering and corporate planning, as well as leadership roles in chemical plant operations.

Mr. Hara holds a Master of Science in Management of Technology from the MIT Sloan School of Management and Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Chemical Engineering from Waseda University in Japan.
