Chris DiSantis

Mr. DiSantis joined TPC Group’s Board of Directors in 2022. He is a Managing Director at American Securities, a New York City-based private equity firm. He works with leadership teams on the implementation of value-creation strategies and has served as an interim CEO for two portfolio companies.

Prior to that, Mr. DiSantis served as the CEO of Verso, a publicly traded, North American producer of paper and packaging. He has served on many boards including Syncreon, a specialized logistics provider, and Hardinge, a global CNC machine builder, where he was Chairman.

Mr. DiSantis was formerly CEO of H-D Advanced Manufacturing, a manufacturer of motion control products, and CEO of Latrobe Specialty Metals, a producer of premium alloys.

He has held executive leadership roles for several other companies, growing sales via new product development, driving supply chain cost reduction, and implementing creative commercial strategies to enhance equity returns.

Mr. DiSantis graduated from Dartmouth College where he double majored in Mathematics and Economics.
