TPC Group values being part of what makes our communities and our employees thrive. Through initiatives driven by our engaged and diverse workforce, aligned with our principles in business conduct and ethics we encourage our people to make a difference.
Our TPC Group Mark of Excellence college scholarship program has awarded more than $1 million since 2006 to high school students enrolled in a two- or four-year college program. Our TPC Group Annual Charity Golf Tournament has raised more than $2 million for nearly 50 not-for-profit organizations since 2006. Our United Way Campaign, spearheaded by employee volunteers, has raised more than $1 million since 2016 to support the organizations receiving funds from United Way. Under our One Day community day for employees and family members, more than 1,020 volunteer hours and $120,000 have been invested in projects since 2018.
We provide several initiatives to recognize the contributions our people make to their communities. These include our matching gifts program, volunteer paid days, and our volunteer response program – part of our All for One culture.
We take part in local community advisory panels and work closely with elected officials, business leaders, and organizations to support a better quality of life in the communities in which we operate.
